To complicate things he is also on large doses of aspirin for his heart that can’t be avoided… like 650 mg 4 times a day. The trick to gaining weight is to eat 6 generous healthy meals evenly spread out through the waking hours of the day. Try and make sure he’s eating his vegetables, fruits, bread. Not too much of one thing.

and although it wont assist in gaining weight. A mutivitamin is aways a good investment for everyone. To make sure you are getting all the nutrients you may have missed out on throughout the day.

Both of parents has very bad ulcers. They used to take nexium but now have change to tazac and stomac. Avoid liquid food at least 3 hours before bed time, eat dinner at least 3 hours before. If the ulcers is causes by excessive stomach acid especially during night time, try to put the pillow a bit higher.
Eating bread can help to absorb stomach acid and also avoid orange…
    Hope this help

I come from a body building family and when they want to gain muscle, staying healthy and eating alot of calories come hand in hand. Here are some recipes.
TurkeyBurger and rice, add your favorite sauce, soy, teriyaki, even worshire.- alot healthier than beef.
meal replacement shakes-most of the time for body builders who need the quick calories/meals (they eat every 2 hours at least) with oatmeal, it adds carbs and calories.
