It's probably muscle.
If you were around 80lb when you first went in to recovery, you would have had NO muscle so the shape of your legs would have been different, and you could fit your pants. When you started excersising, you gained muscle and the shape of your legs changed, which is why they don't fit.

And that is actually less fat than you should eat but seeing as you're eating 2300 calories a day it shouldn't be a problem (because in the end calories, not fat, make you gain weight)
Just keep up what you're doing
You might want to start going on walks then moving into runs as well. It will make you feel better, and if you gain about 10lb and are very fit you would have less chance of relapsing than you would if you gained 10 and were unfit.

Of course you need help to get you through, and I must say you have done FANTASTIC so far! I don't think it's about your fat in take, it's about protein intake. Have you been given a dietary plan at all/ It's a little hard to respond properly to your question. But will help you through this.

The problem is that you have a distorted body image. You see fat where someone else sees an eating disorder. You have to accept that you are going to gain weight. Go online and find a BMI calculator. Pick a healthy goal weight that you are comfortable with, put into the BMI calculator, and keep changing the weight until you've found a healthy one. Try to go for a BMI of 20. It's still at the low end of the spectrum, but it's healthy. If you pick a goal now, one, you won't exceed it, and two, you'll know what to expect. Expect that your small pants will not fit anymore, and accept it. Embrace curves, like getting a bigger chest back, because you know all the guys will be loving it. Just start getting into a healthy eating routine. Maybe toast and peanut butter for breakfast, or oatmeal, eggs and toast, whatever, then lunch, snacks, and dinner. Then, you won't binge on junk food or exceed your healthy goal weight. Good luck with your recovery.
