    well eat good food and exercise every day u know like left waits and stuff and i think u will get pretty strong

    you can eat like breads to gain weight and you can do negative lift to gain muscle. Negative Lift is when you start with the most weight you can lift and lifft until you can’t lift it any more then reduse like 10 pounds and lift until you can lift any more and keep going untill you can even lift 10 pounds anymore but its very important that you only do this once every two week. It works I promise!

    I would recommend eating 4-5 small meals a day to maintain a regular blood sugar level throughout the day…focus on eating more fruits, raw veggies, and a protein source (i.e. meat or tofu). Also, consider combining running and weightlifting exercises to work a variety of muscles. Work out 5-6 times a week for at least 40 minutes each session.
