The best ways to lose weight are to eat smaller portions of a balanced diet and to burn calories by exercising. In order to take advantage of losing weight and being successful, you must be prepared–that means ” paying your dues.” Nothing is more frustrating than to see that you are gaining weight again.

    @Alive4Metal my point simply is that while i completely agree with you scooby on the bad fats vs good fats concept, keep in mind that a small percentage of saturated fats in your diet (2 grams is nothing) contribute with testosterone production as well as is essential for healthy cell membrane production. So it doesnt hurt to keep one yolk with them egg whites, can only benefit you, plus to say that fat slows down absorption of food and send signals of saiety to the brain. Keep a yolk or 2

    uh an egg yolk only has roughly 5 grams of fat, 2 of them being saturated and the rest unsaturated… also yes the yolk is the portion with the most fat, but it is also the most nutrient dense portion of the egg, containing 100% of the carotenoids, essential fatty acids, vitamins A, E, D, and K as well as calcium, potassium, iron, zinc, thaimine, folate, and vitamin B6 and B12. The white on the other hand only has protein and low cals, sure its good for ya but just not as nutrient packed

    Hey scooby, Love you videos:P Well i have a problem, i am looking for these abs and crunches is the best way , well the problem is that i am a litle chubby :P but the real problem is that if i lose more weight then my chest will stick out ALOT and my belly will look small, so i need to get big abs so it will fit in with my chest . Will i get abs even if i am a litle chubby? i meen i am not over weight, but still, if i lose weight my chest will stick out

    anyone who says scooby is on steroids i LOL at you. The man obviously has been training a long time given his age and the man isn’t abnormally big and seems to have none of the steroid side effects. BTW if you eat alot of egg yolks, say 8, thats 16g sat fat. Honestly do you really want that much sat fat? JUST EAT FISH, STEAK OR CHICKEN IF YOU WANT GOOD FAT :) i love eating natural peanut butter :) all the fat i need

    Very tasty meal. I usually just threw some eggs and the salsa onto a whole wheat tortilla in the morning, but this is a bit easier.

    I raise my own Chicken’s and I try to use organic feed so there is little pesticide in my eggs. Also, I have found leaving maybe 1 yolk per 3 eggs makes them taste way better than just solid whites. Also a good way to eat eggs without the yolk is just to hard boil them and toss the yolk. If you want to make and awesome Tuna melt, add hard boiled egg whites and use Light mayo (miracle whip) or you can substitute Mayonnaise with reg. yogurt (add apple cider vinegar to give it a little kick)
