<p>When you first start to try and lose belly fat almost anything will work because your body is not used to exercise so it will start to burn fat. However after your body is used of your exercise routine and diet it hits a plateau and you stop burning fat.</p>
<p>Men usually plateau at 14-15 percent body fat and Women in low 20s. So now you want to know what to do about it right? Well a couple of thing will help.</p>
<p><b>Tip #1</b> </p>
<p>First you need to look at your diet and decide if it is right for what you are trying to accomplish. If you are trying to lose weight and you think that you should eat low carbohydrates and low fat this is not the case.</p>
<p>You need to have a balanced diet your body needs carbohydrates, fat and protein. Do not try and starve yourself to lose weight because it will not work. If you try to restrict your diet too much and eat very low carbohydrates then your body will rebel and you will actually stop losing weight. </p>
<p>Try eating the majority of your daily carbohydrates post workout because that is when your muscles need to replenish and this will help keep the fat off. </p>
<p><b>Tip #2</b></p>
<p>The second thing that you need to do is look at your workout. What intensity level is your work out? If your still working out like you did when you stated then chances are that you have stopped losing weight.</p>
<p>You need to up the intensity of your workout and give your body something new. You do not need to work out for any longer just rest for less time between reps and sets.</p>
<p><b>Bonus tip</b></p>
<p>One more thing if you try to lose weight to fast you will also lose muscle and you need muscle to burn fat. The harder you train your muscles the more they need to replenish. This means that you can actually eat more without gaining weight or eat the same amount and lose weight.

In many places now you are not allowed to smoke in public, near entrances and even on the patios of restaurants and cigarettes are a legal product to buy. Also don&#8217;t forget about the non smokers fake cough when they even get the faintest sniff of cigarette smoke.</p>
<p>We all know about the dangers of smoking. It has been crammed down our throats, placed on our beloved cigarette packages and shown on tv on almost every second commercial. I am not going to talk about the health problems that smoking causes but the struggles that we all face to quit.</p>
<p>I have tried almost all of the methods to quit smoking, except sticking my body full of needles. I have tried the drugs, the gum and the patch, all with limited success. I have managed to quit for prolinged periods of time only to come right back to it when thigs get down.</p>
<p>There are several ways to help you quit smoking for good. The number one thing you must do is to actually want to quit, I have found out the hard way that unless I truely want to quit smoking nothing in the world will help me. I suggest that you really think about why you want to quit, but leave out all of the health benefits that isn&#8217;t the reason why you want to quit or you would have done it a long time ago. Make them personal, make them measurable and make them really hit home. Must most of all do this for yourself not because someone asked you to do it.</p>
<p>Commitment to yourself is key. Don&#8217;t let that tiny voice in your head tell you it&#8217;s ok to have just one who will know? The answer is you will know if you can&#8217;t commit to yourself then who can you commit to?</p>
<p>Make sure you reward yourself everyday that you have achieved getting closer to your goal. If you smoke on average 10 cigarettes and you cut it back to nine, GREAT thats a start. Buy your self something small that will make you feel good, maybe a special desert or something. </p>
<p>Remember to accomplish something everyday. So the next day cut it back to eight and so on, but make sure you are celebrating your accomplishment. Pretty soon you will find that you will barely be smoking.</p>
<p>This is only one method that I have used to help myself quit. I have been smoke free for 2 years now and I will never turn back.</p>
<p>Just remember this is about yourself and no one else, everyones appreciation will come afterward once they finally realize that you have quit, and by that time you will be feeling great.
